The KCKCC Foundation offers over 40 scholarships and a few give preference to Veterans and/or their dependents. These are listed below. However, all KCKCC students are encouraged and welcome to apply for all Foundation scholarships by filling out one easy online application. Students fill out the online application and the KCKCC Foundation Scholarship Committee will review and match qualified students to applicable scholarships to award as much funding as possible. Scholarships
Must be active duty military, military dependent or veteran as indicated on the KCKCC Admissions Application (all documentation will be validated by the KCKCC Veterans Center)
- Must be enrolled full time (10-12 credit hours or more depending on degree plan)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 required
- Award may be used for educational expenses
Maximum award amount is one (1) scholarship per academic year to cover approved expenses.
- Must be enrolled in a Music program as determined by a KCKCC degree plan
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 required • Must be Kansas resident or military veteran
- Recipient will be selected by KCKCC Music Department Committee
One (1) scholarship available for Fall and one (1) scholarship available for Spring semesters.
- Must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program as determined by a KCKCC degree plan
- Must be active duty military, military dependent or veteran as indicated on the KCKCC Admissions Application
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 required
